1. Do not use detergents, caustic soda, or petroleum-based cleaners when cleaning vinyl panels. A warm solution of soap and water is perfect for this purpose. Stubborn dirt can be easily removed with a soft brush (with soap). Vinyl panels should be cleaned with the same frequency as the car body is washed.
2. Once cleaning is complete, the panels can be treated with one of the high-quality protective compounds for rubber and plastic, a wide selection of which is currently available in the network of retail stores of automotive accessories.
