Caring for upholstery and carpeting (Opel Corsa C)

            0

1. Remove the carpets and mats every 3 months and clean the interior trim panels. This procedure can be done more often if necessary. To remove debris, as well as to clean the carpets and mats, you can use a stiff brush or broom. Then all surfaces should be thoroughly vacuumed, especially along the seams, joints and folds of the material.

2. Stubborn dirt can be removed from carpets using household or special car shampoos - follow the manufacturer's instructions. Finally, vacuum the treated area and "ruffle" the pile with a stiff brush.

Attention: Do not leave any electric heating devices inside the car to dry the cleaned upholstery!

3. Leather upholstery requires special care. Stains should be removed using a very weak soap solution of warm water. The solution is applied with a soft cloth, then the surface is wiped dry. Never use gasoline or other solvents to wipe leather upholstery.

4. Try to avoid prolonged exposure of leather upholstery to direct sunlight. Try to park the car in the shade, use sunshades, etc.
