Replacing the ambient air pollution sensor

The ambient air pollution sensor is located at the front of the vehicle in the air intake duct in front of the windshield.
You will need a thin blade screwdriver.
If it is necessary to replace the sensor, perform the following operations.
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.
2. Remove the air box grille (see

).
3. Press the clamp of the sensor wiring harness block..
4.... and disconnect the block from the sensor.
5. Press out the sensor holder lock plate…
6.... and remove the sensor from the bracket.
7. Install the ambient air pollution sensor in reverse order.
