2. Unpin and disconnect the clutch pedal from the clutch master cylinder rod, removing the axle (see photo). Disconnect the spring from the clutch pedal,

3. Unscrew the bolts securing the clutch pedal to the steering gear crossmember.
4. On models equipped with cruise control, disconnect the wire from the pedal switch and remove the switch.

5. Remove the 2 nuts securing the pedal bracket to the engine compartment bulkhead/master cylinder
6. Remove the pedal with the bracket.
7. Check the condition of the pedal and bracket for any deformations (the pedal bracket is designed for safety reasons so that the bracket bends easily in the event of a collision). Check the condition of the pedal bushing and axle.
8. Installation is done in reverse order. Lubricate the axle, check the pedal for free movement. On models equipped with cruise control, press the switch plunger, install the switch in the bracket and connect the wire. Press the pedal and pull the switch plunger out, then release the pedal.
