Attention! If the display is changed, the new display should be adapted in a car service.
Model Astra
1. Remove the ashtray.
2. Remove the cover of the small item tray.
3. Remove the receiver and chassis on some vehicles, remove the navigation unit.
4. Pry up and remove the center vent nozzles.
5. Pull out the display panel and disconnect the wires from the back.
6. Unscrew the screws from the back of the panel and remove the display (see photo).


Model Zafira
7. Remove the ashtray and heater control panel. On this panel, remove the switches, heater/air conditioner control unit and disconnect the wires
8. Remove the steering wheel and both steering column covers.
9 Remove the turn signal and windshield wiper switches from the steering column.
10. Remove the receiver.
11. Remove the headlight switch, fuse box cover. Remove the ventilation grilles.
12. Remove the instrument panel trim by unscrewing the screws. Disconnect the wires from the back of the trim (see photo).

13. Remove the display from the latches.
Outside air temperature sensor
14. The sensor is attached with latches behind the front bumper (see photo).

Coolant level sensor
15. The sensor is screwed into the bottom of the expansion tank. Drain the liquid from the tank, disconnect the wire, remove and turn the tank over and unscrew the sensor.
Engine oil level sensor
16. The sensor is mounted in the pan. Remove the pan (Chapter 2), remove the clamping ring, press on the sensor connector and remove it from the seal. Unscrew the bolt and remove the sensor.
