Instrument cluster — removal and installation (Opel Astra G)

1. Remove the steering wheel.

2. Remove both steering column covers (Chapter 10).

3. On the Astra model, remove the plugs, unscrew the screws and remove the instrument panel trim (see photo).







4. On the Zafira model, remove the instrument panel trim as follows:.

• A. Remove the headlight switches.
• B. Remove the receiver.
• B. Remove the outer vent nozzle.
• G. Loosen the screws and remove the instrument panel trim.

5. Unscrew the lower screws securing the shield. Remove the shield by the upper part, removing it from the latches (see photo). Disconnect the wires.
