Headlight Beam Adjustment — General Information (Opel Astra G)

1. Precise adjustment of headlights is performed at a car service center.

2. The approximate beam of the headlight can be adjusted by turning the corrector screws located on the front bulkhead (see photo) with the vehicle unloaded and the headlight corrector set to 0 (remove the screw covers first).







3. All the cars under consideration are equipped with a headlight beam corrector unit. The corrector is controlled by a switch on the front panel of the passenger compartment.



The corrector should be set to the following positions depending on the vehicle load.

Cars with manual beam adjustment



Cars with automatic beam adjustment
