Windscreen Washer Parts — Removal and Installation (Opel Astra G)

Windscreen washer reservoir and pump

1. Remove the front bumper and the left wing protective panel. Disconnect the wires from the tank and pump (see photo). Disconnect the hose from the tank.



2. Loosen the bolts and remove the tank.

3. Remove the pump from the tank.

4. Remove the seal and remove the gutter guard trim under the windshield.

5. Disconnect the tubes from the injectors (fixed to the gutter shield). Use a screwdriver to pry up and move the latches, remove the injectors (see photo).
