Speakers — Removal and Installation (Opel Astra G)

Woofer in the front door

1. Remove the inner door trim.

2. Loosen the screws, disconnect the wires and remove the speaker (see photo).

3. On Astra models, pry up and remove the outside mirror cover from the interior side, remove the padding, disconnect the wires and remove the speaker.

4. On the Zafira model, pry up and remove the speaker by disconnecting the wires. On some cars, the speaker has short wiring, which makes it difficult to install. Therefore, on some Zafira models, you should first remove the inner trim of the front door.

5. Remove the rear door inner trim.

6. Loosen the screws and remove the speaker (see photo). Disconnect the wires.

7. Remove the rear door inner trim.

8. Remove the speaker from the latches (see photo).



9. The speakers are installed in reverse order.
