Astra:
- front tweeters - Interior decorative trims for rear view mirrors;
- front midrange speakers - lower edge of front doors;
- rear tweeters (except for cars with a three-door hatchback body) - decorative overlays for internal door handles;
- rear midrange speakers - lower edge of rear doors (except for cars with a three-door hatchback body), in the side panel behind the front doors (three-door hatchback cars).
Zafira:
- front tweeters - decorative trims for interior door handles;
- front midrange speakers - lower edge of front doors;
- rear tweeters - decorative trims for interior door handles;
- rear midrange speakers - lower edge of rear doors.
Replacing the tweeter
Note: Regardless of the model and location, the operation is performed in exactly the same way (shown on the example of the Zafira model).
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Carefully pry up with a thin slotted screwdriver and remove the decorative grille together with the speaker.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the speaker.
4. Bend back the fasteners and detach the speaker from the grille.
5. Install the speaker of the acoustic system in the reverse order.
Replacing the midrange speaker
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Door trims for Zafira model - removal and installation") or side panel trim (see "Rear side window model Astra - replacement").
Note: Regardless of the model and location, the operation is performed absolutely the same way. Shown on the example of installing the rear speaker of the Astra model with a three-door hatchback body.
3. Unscrew the three mounting screws.
4. Remove the speaker and disconnect the wiring harness connector.
5. Install the speaker of the acoustic system in the reverse order.
