Removal and installation door rear view mirrors (Opel Astra G)

1. Remove the triangular decorative cover from the base of the mirror in the corner of the door glass (see Removal and installation of interior trim panels).

2. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the mirror and remove the rubber bushing from the harness.

3. To gain access to the mirror mounting bolts, remove the rubber plugs. To prevent the bolts from falling into the door frame when removing, place a rag underneath them.

4. Hold the mirror and unscrew the mounting bolts. Remove the mirror from the door.



5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
