Removal
Attention! The work order is specified for the fresh air supply flap. The drive valves of the other flaps are removed and installed identically.
1. Remove the glove box and remove the 2 wire harness holder (see illustration).
2. Cut the cable ties securing the wire harness, using a felt-tip pen to mark the locations of the cable ties so that you can later attach new cable ties to these locations.
3. Disconnect and remove air duct 1 (see illustration 12.1).
4. Disconnect low pressure hose 6 from membrane valve 3 (see illustration).

5. Pry up the membrane valve with a screwdriver and release it from the mount. At the same time, release the protrusion 4 from the holder 5 (see illustration 12.4).
The installation of the membrane valve is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
