Recirculation flap actuator — replacement (Opel Zafira A)

The need to perform this work must be determined during the inspection of the technical condition of the air conditioning system (see "Air conditioning system - technical condition check").

Note: The work is shown on the Zafira model.

Sequence of execution

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector of the recirculation flap electric drive and remove the flap rod (see "Air conditioning fan - check and replacement").

3. Using a TORX T20 key, unscrew the three screws securing the recirculation flap electric drive to the air conditioning system electric fan (shown on a removed electric fan).



4. Remove the electric drive.



5. Install the parts in reverse order.
