Replacing the electric fan of the Astra model (Opel Zafira A)

Sequence of execution

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the glove box (see "Astra Air Conditioning Filter - Replacement").

3. Disconnect the electric fan wires from the additional resistor.



4. Using a 5.5 mm wrench, unscrew the five bolts securing the electric fan.



5. Use a slotted screwdriver to detach the bracket.



6. Lower the electric fan down and remove it.





7. Install the electric fan in the reverse order.
