Replacing the electric fan of the Zafira model (Opel Zafira A)

Sequence of execution

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the glove box (see "Air conditioning filter model Zafira - replacement").

3. Press the side clips to disconnect the electric fan wiring harness connector.



4. Similarly, disconnect the wiring harness block of the recirculation flap electric drive.

5. Disconnect the rod from the recirculation flap...



...and the electric damper drive.





6. Using a TORX T20 key, unscrew the three screws securing the electric fan.



7. Lower the electric fan down and remove it.



8. Install the electric fan in the reverse order.
