Electronic air conditioning system

The electronic air conditioning system provides maximum comfort at any time of year, in any weather and at any outside temperature.

In order to ensure a constant comfortable microclimate in the vehicle interior, the temperature of the air entering the interior, the speed of the air flow and the distribution of air are automatically adjusted in accordance with the climatic conditions outside the vehicle.

The air conditioner compressor cools and dehumidifies the air.

When the compressor is running, fuel consumption increases. If there is no need to cool the air, it is recommended to turn on the economy mode by pressing the ECO button.

Air filter (cabin filter) removes dust, soot particles, pollen and plant spores from the air entering the vehicle.

The air conditioning system operates automatically, but can be controlled manually if necessary.

The automatic air conditioning system only operates when the engine is running.

The air cooling mode is only possible at outside air temperatures above +5°C. When the outside air temperature drops, the air conditioner compressor automatically switches off.

Automatic mode

Automatic mode

Basic setting of air conditioner controls for maximum comfort:
  • press the AUTO button,
  • open all front deflectors,
  • set the air temperature for the driver and passenger to 22°C using the regulators.

If necessary, the temperature can be higher or lower. Different air temperatures can be set for the driver and front passenger.

Setting the temperature

Setting the temperature

The temperature for the driver and front passenger is set using rotary switches in the range of 16-28°C.

When the temperature is set below 16°C, the abbreviation LO appears on the display. In this case, the automatic air conditioner operates in the maximum air cooling mode.

When entering a cabin air temperature above 28°C, the display shows the abbreviation HI and the air conditioner operates in the maximum cabin heating mode.

If the air temperature in the cabin is adjusted only on the driver's side, the same temperature is automatically set on the passenger side.

It is recommended to set the air temperature for both the driver and the passenger. The difference should not exceed two degrees.

The set temperature in the passenger compartment is maintained after the ignition is turned off.

If you want to switch the temperature display from°F to°C, hold down the AUTO switch for about 3 seconds.
