Location and purpose of fuses (Opel Omega B2)

The fuse box is located under the steering column and is covered by a lid. To open the lid, press the button. On the back of the lid there is a table with the purpose of the fuses.



Before removing and replacing a fuse, turn off the ignition. Replace a blown fuse using the tweezers located in the block.



A blown fuse can be identified by the melted insert.



It is recommended to have and carry a set of basic fuses with you.

Engine compartment fuse box

Block 1 of the main fuses is located above the battery and is covered with a lid. If a fuse in this block is defective, many systems will not work. It is recommended to contact a workshop.



In the engine compartment of cars with a diesel engine there is a block of 2 fuses and relays of the system with fuses of the preheating system and heating of the fuel filter. In this block there are also installed fuses and relays corresponding to the configuration of the car.
