Removal



Six-cylinder models



1. Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system.

2. Remove the screws and remove the top radiator cover.

3. Remove the battery.

4. Remove the pre-chamber of the multi-flow air intake system.

5. Disconnect the wires from the cooling fan switches

6. Disconnect the wires from the secondary air system shut-off valve.

8. Disconnect the top one from the radiator (drawing on the left) and lower hoses (drawing on the right).

9. Disconnect the expansion tank hose from the radiator.



10. Disconnect the hoses from the secondary air system shut-off valve.

11. Remove the bolt and disconnect the refrigerant condensing unit from the radiator.

11. Remove the bolt and disconnect the refrigerant condensing unit from the radiator.


12. On automatic transmission models, disconnect the hoses from the transmission fluid cooler.

13. Compress the spring clips at the top of the radiator.

14. Remove the radiator together with the cooling fan.

Four-cylinder models



1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Disconnect the wires from the main cooling fans and from the fan switches.

4. Disconnect all hoses from the radiator.

5. Remove the screws and disconnect the air conditioner heat exchanger from the radiator.

6. On automatic transmission models, disconnect the hoses from the transmission fluid cooler.

7. Remove the radiator together with the cooling fan.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
