Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the instrument panel.
4. Remove the steering column brace.
5. Remove the screw and disconnect the driver's footwell air duct from the air distribution unit.
6. Disconnect the control cable from the air distribution unit.
7. Disconnect the pipes from the heater core.
8. Unscrew the screws and remove the heater radiator (A – heater radiator screw, B – tube mounting plate bolt).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal (don't forget to replace old tube seals).
