Some Adjustment Points (where available) in the fuel system are protected by plugs. Plugs are designed so that an incompetent motorist does not get to the screws. In some EEC countries, the operation of a vehicle with broken plugs is prohibited.
Before removing the plug, make sure that you will not be violating local or national anti-pollution regulations by doing so. Install a new cap after adjustment if required by law.
Do not break the plugs on a vehicle that is still under warranty.
