Removal and installation the anti-roll bar (Opel Kadett E)

Raise the front of the vehicle, place it on stands and unscrew the bolts securing the stabilizer bar struts to both suspension arms.

Remove the stabilizer bar mounting brackets from the body, turn the front wheels and remove the bar by moving it sideways.

Installation

Replace, if necessary, the bracket silent blocks, after dipping them in silicone oil.

Carefully center the stabilizer bar and attach it to the front shield.

Replace rubber bushings if necessary.

Attach the stabilizer bar to the suspension arms, maintaining dimension "A" = 38 mm to ensure its pre-tension (see picture). At the same time, install new self-locking nuts on the bolts that secure the stabilizer bar struts to the suspension arms.
