The instructions apply only to the sedan.
Removing
Even if one spring is faulty, both springs should be replaced.
Raise the car.
Caution: On vehicles with adjustable ride height, bleed air from the shock absorber through the valve. Remove and install springs sequentially.
Raise the bracket on the rear suspension with a hydraulic lift.
Unscrew the shock absorber and remove it from the holder on the bracket. If necessary, use a mount for this.

Lower the hydraulic lift.

Remove the spring from the attachment points on the body and suspension. At the same time, press the rear suspension with the mount down.
Remove the lower damping ring from the spring.
Press the upper damping ring out of the spring and check for wear, replace if necessary.
Installation

Insert the upper damping ring into the spring. To simplify the installation of the spring, cover the damping ring with a thin layer of glue (OPEL №1504851/9293725).
Insert the lower damping ring.

Insert the spring into place. At the same time, make sure that the spring is in the correct position (arrow).
When installing the spring, press the suspension with the pry bar down and insert the spring.
Install shock absorber see point 13.1.
