Removing
Slightly raise the rear suspension bracket with a hydraulic lift.
Unscrew shock absorber from bracket. Remove cup and rubber buffer. Lower the hydraulic lift.
Remove the shock absorber from the other side.
Slightly lower the hydraulic lift, remove the spring with the damping ring on the opposite side of the vehicle.
Lower the lift further. Remove the spring on the other side.
Remove upper damping ring and check for wear, otherwise change.
Installation
When installing the spring, start from the side that rests on the lifter.
Insert the upper damping ring.
Insert the lower damping ring into the spring.
Insert the spring with rubber ring into the mounting points on the body and on the suspension, make sure that the spring is correctly installed at the top.
Slightly raise the hydraulic lift and install the spring on the other side of the vehicle.
Install the shock absorber, observing the installation size of the nut, see point 13.1.
Lower the hydraulic lift and install the shock absorber on the other side of the vehicle.
Lower the car.
In cars with adjustable ride height, inflate the shock absorber to a pressure of 80 kPa (0.8 atm).
