Caution: Use caution when operating the power windows and the power sliding roof.
When closing windows and the retractable roof, always observe the closing area. Make sure there are no objects that could get caught.
Before leaving the vehicle, remove the ignition key to prevent unauthorized use of the vehicle.
The door windows are operated by rotary handles.
To open the rear tilt glass, press the crank. To close, pull and lock the crank.
Electronic window control
The driver's and front passenger's door windows are controlled by two buttons on the driver's door handle. An additional button is located on the front passenger's door handle.
The indicators in the toggle switches indicate functional readiness.
For step-by-step operation, press the corresponding window key briefly. For automatic opening or closing, press the key for a longer time, to stop the movement, press the key again briefly.
Safety function
If resistance occurs during automatic closing of the glass above the middle of the window, the movement immediately stops and the window opens again.

In case of difficult operation, for example due to frost, press the corresponding window key successively until the window closes gradually.
Closing windows from the outside
On vehicles with electronically controlled windows, the front door windows can be closed from the outside by holding down the button on the remote control until the windows close.
Overload
If the operation is repeated too frequently, the power supply to the window lift control is cut off for a while.
The system is protected by fuses in the fuse box.
Malfunction
If opening and closing the windows is not possible, the electronic window control system must be activated in the manner described below.
1. Close the doors.
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Open the windows fully.
4. Close the window and hold the switch key down for at least 5 seconds.
5. Repeat the procedure for each window.
