Removal and installation the front bumper (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Loosen the outer contour trim of the front left and right wheel arch, unscrew nut 1.

Pull out and secure the outer wheel arch liner slightly.

Loosen the upper part of the front bumper, unscrew screw 2.

Loosen the protective wing trim on the left and right sides, unscrew screws 1 and 3.

Loosen the lower part of the front bumper, remove the expansion rivet 4.

Remove the front bumper.

Release the bumper from the side of the guide rail.

Installation

Install the front bumper.

Fix the bumper into the guide rail.

Secure the lower part of the front bumper, install the expansion rivet.

Fix the protective bumper of the wing on the left and right sides, tighten the screws.



Secure the upper part of the front bumper, tighten the screws.

Secure the outer contour trim of the front left and right wheel arches, tighten the nuts.
