Front seat
Warning: Seat belt pretensioners in the front seat. Therefore, before carrying out any work on the front seats, a safety fork must be inserted into the seat belt pretensioner cylinder to prevent it from deploying. The seat must always be transported and installed with the safety plug inserted. If it is necessary to remove the seat, the tensioner must first be activated. To do this, inserting the safety fork into the tensioner, you must sharply hit the tensioner tube with a hammer.
If the tensioner has worked after an accident or a strong impact, it must be replaced, since it cannot be reset. For safety reasons, it is recommended to entrust the replacement of the tensioner to specialists.

Unscrew the fastening screw at the front edge of the outer trim of the seat rail, then remove the trim.
Remove the clips and detach the trim from the rear edge of the inner seat rail.

Insert the safety fork into the slot of the tensioner cylinder and check if the fork is securely inserted (pic. 11.37).
Remove the four bolts securing the seat rails to the floor, then remove the seat «place with them (pic. 11.39).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
It is necessary to install new seat mounting bolts and tighten them in the sequence shown in fig. 11.38.
Before installing the seat rail trim, remove the safety fork from the tensioner cylinder slot and glue it next to the cylinder.
