Front seat

Warning: Front seat belt tensioners. Therefore, before any work on the front seats, the safety fork must be inserted into the seat belt tensioner cylinder to prevent it from being triggered. The seat must always be transported and installed with the safety fork inserted. If the seat must be removed, the tensioner must be triggered first by inserting the safety fork into the tensioner and then striking the tensioner tube sharply with a hammer.

If the tensioner has been triggered after an accident or a strong impact, it should be replaced, as it cannot be re-adjusted. For safety reasons, it is recommended that the tensioner be replaced by a specialist.

Removal

Loosen the screw at the front edge of the seat guide outer trim, then remove the trim.

Remove the clips and detach the trim from the rear edge of the inner seat rail.

Take the plastic tensioner safety fork (it is usually glued to the edge of his cylinder).

Insert the safety fork into the slot of the tensioner cylinder and check if the fork is securely inserted (fig. 11.37).

Remove the four bolts securing the seat rails to the floor, then remove the seat along with them (fig. 11.39).
