The fog light indicator lamp in the key switch receives current via the light switch or via the corresponding fuse. Just like the high beam indicator lamp, it can only show whether the fog lights are on. It does not tell you anything about the status of the bulbs in the headlights. But it does tell you about the fuse. The bulb cannot be replaced.
