Console removal
Move the front seats fully forward.
On the sides, wring out the synthetic caps with a narrow screwdriver.
Unscrew the Phillips head screws underneath.
Slide the seats back again, wring out the rest of the synthetic caps and unscrew the Phillips head screws.
Squeeze out the handle cup from the center console under the handbrake lever.
Remove the Phillips head screws underneath.
On vehicles with power windows, unlock and disconnect both wire connectors.
Squeeze the leatherette handbrake lever shaft lightly, remove from the shift console retainers and slide upwards.
Remove the switch console from the center console.
Slightly squeeze and bend the leatherette handbrake lever bolster.
Pull the center console back slightly.
At the top, use a screwdriver to pry out the steel bracket of the ashtray/bottle holder.
To the right and left next to the ashtray, carefully pry out both decorative panels with a screwdriver. Remove the Phillips head screws underneath and remove the ashtray/bottle holder from the center console. If necessary, disconnect the ashtray and cigarette lighter wire connectors and the cigarette lighter multi-pin connector.
Remove the middle console back.
After unscrewing the seat belt, you can remove the front seat along with its guides.
After the fastening screws of the front seat are unscrewed, slightly tilt the seat and disconnect the connector block in front of the seat. Then remove the front seat from the vehicle.
With a small screwdriver, you can pry out the safety rings of the seat.
To dismantle the backrests, you need to flare on the right and left on the outer sides, one overlay. To do this, use a wide screwdriver.
