Models with 4-cylinder engine
Removal
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Disconnect the tube and hose from the pump, unscrew the three mounting bolts and remove the pump.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Models with 6-cylinder engine
Removal
1. Discharge the air conditioning system, if equipped.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the pump pulley.
4. Disconnect the tube and hose from the pump.
5. Loosen the mounting screw and disconnect the ground wire from the pump mounting bracket.
6. Remove the mounting bracket from the bottom of the pump.
7. Remove the air conditioning compressor from the pump mounting bracket.
8. Remove the three mounting bolts and remove the mounting bracket together with the pump.
9. Remove the pump from the mounting bracket.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
