Removal

1. Clamp the brake hose going to the caliper.
2. Remove the brake pads.

3. Unscrew the connecting nut.

4. Disconnect the brake line from the caliper.

5. Loosen the mounting bolts.

6. Remove the caliper.
Repair

1. Clean the caliper. Remove the rings and caps from the pistons.
2. Using compressed air, push out the pistons. Remove the seals.
3. Wash all components in clean brake fluid and replace worn or damaged components.
Assembly
1. The assembly of the support elements is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Lubricate the cylinder walls, seals and pistons with brake fluid before installation. Install the pistons so that the recesses on the pistons are inclined downwards at an angle of approximately 23°.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

2. Tighten the caliper mounting bolts to the specified torque.
