1. The exhaust system consists of three parts, each with its own muffler, except for the front pipe on carbureted models.
2. To remove the complete system, place the vehicle over a pit.
3. Unscrew the bolts securing the outlet pipe to the manifold, lower the distribution pipe and remove the connection.
4. Unscrew the front clip and disconnect the rubber pads. Mounting rubber hangers of the intermediate part with metal brackets (photo). On some models, front mounting with a rubber hanger instead of a clamp.
5. Lower the exhaust system to the ground.
6. Separate the parts by unscrewing the flange and removing the clamp (photo).
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, install a new manifold gasket. Clamp the manifold bolts with the exhaust system loose in the front clamp, then clamp the clamp.
