2. Jack up the front of the car and secure it on axle supports.
3. Locate the electrical connections on the traction relay and disconnect them.
4. Unscrew the front starter hanger from the cylinder block (photo), then unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the starter. Remove the front hanger.
5. When installing the starter, insert it into place and tighten the mounting bolts with the specified tightening force Specification. At this stage the front suspension nuts should not be tight.
6. Insert the front suspension bolt and tighten it by hand.
7. Fully tighten the front suspension bolt and nuts.
