Carburetor — General Information (Opel Kadett D)

The KADLTT D is available with various carburetors, see also the section "Carburetor specifications".

These carbs are very sensitive to improper adjustment, so it is best not to change the factory settings unless there is a good reason.

The 13-S engine can be additionally equipped with a two-chamber carburetor and a corresponding intake manifold. As a result, the engine power increases to 83 hp. The special intake manifold is intended primarily to increase the torque from 106 Nm to 109 Nm.
