Check if there is fuel in the tank.
Disconnect the fuel pump fuel hose from the carburetor, lead the hose into a vessel. Turn the engine over briefly with the starter and see if fuel comes out jerkily.
Fuel is supplied:
If the float chamber is empty, the fuel pump pressure should be checked. This pressure should be between 0.2 and 0.35 boron at 2000 rpm.
Check float needle valve.
Fuel is not supplied:
Disconnect the fuel pump wires. If fuel leaks out, check the tightness of the fuel pump, if necessary, remove, check, clean.
If fuel does not flow out, blow out the fuel line, remove the fuel tank and clean.
