Removal and installation the fan motor (Opel Kadett D)

Removal

Disconnect the ground wire.

In cars with sound insulation, remove additional sound insulation.



Using a screwdriver, remove the fan motor housing cover (arrows).

Disconnect the multi-pin plug from the engine.



Disconnect the fan motor with the radial fan from the housing.

Installation

Screw the fan motor together with the radial fan to the housing.

After installing the fan motor into the fan housing, route the connecting cable through the appropriate channel in the housing.







Install the fan motor housing cover.

Connect the multi-pin plug to the engine.

In cars with sound insulation, install insulation.
