2. Remove cardan shaft.
3. Remove the rear wheel drive shafts.
4. Remove the bolts and move the rear suspension stabilizer bar aside.
5. Unhook the protective cover (1) from the hydraulic pump.
6. Unhook the cable clamps.
7. Disconnect the electrical connector.
8. Install the hydraulic stand under the final drive.
Attention. To prevent personal injury and/or component damage, the final drive housing must be supported by hydraulic struts.
9. Remove four bolts (2) rear final drive mounts.
Note.
- Replace the rear final drive mounting bolts with new ones after each removal.
- Tightening torque: 90 Nm + 90°+ 15°
10. Fix the final drive housing with cable braces.
11. Lower the final drive housing.
12. Remove four bolts (3) differential clutch mounting.
Note. Tightening torque: 30 Nm.
Attention. The oil in the differential clutch is under very high pressure. To prevent personal injury, wait at least ten minutes before removing any parts of the differential clutch.
13. Remove the differential clutch (4).
14. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
15. After installation, check and adjust the fluid level in the rear differential clutch.
16. Program the rear differential clutch control unit.
