Replacing the limited slip differential clutch of the propeller shaft (Opel Insignia A)

1. Remove the rear final drive assembly.

2. Remove the limited slip differential clutch pipes (1).



3. Loosen the six bolts (1) securing the limited slip differential clutch.

Note: Tightening torque: 30 Nm.

Caution: The differential clutch oil is under very high pressure. To prevent injury, wait at least ten minutes before removing any differential clutch components.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

5. Remove the limited slip differential clutch (2).

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
