1. Place the balancer pulley on the crankshaft.
2. Screw the tool EN 41998 B into the crankshaft. Before pressing the balance wheel into place, make sure that the EN 41998 B fixture is screwed in but less than 10 turns.
3. Push the balance wheel into place by tightening the EN 41998 B nut until the back of the large washer contacts the end of the crankshaft.
4. Remove tool EN 41998 B.
5. Install holder EN 47981 (1) with extension EN 956 1 (2) on the crankshaft balancer.
6. Install the crankshaft balancer bolt (3) and tighten to 100 Nm.
7. Using tool EN 45059, tighten the crankshaft balancer pulley bolt 150°.
