Rear seats — removal and installation (Opel Astra G)

Pillows

1. The split seat cushion is removed by pressing the spring-loaded pin (is located in front of the seat).

2. To remove the sofa type seat cushion, lift the back of the cushion and remove it from the buckles by pressing the cushion just above the hooks (see photo).

Backrests (Astra)

3. Remove the rear seat cushion.

4. The further procedure for removing the rear seat back on the Astra model is illustrated in the photo.

















5. Install the backrest in the reverse order. It is recommended to pre-install the brackets for the backrests of the separate seats.

Backs (Zafira)

6. Remove the floor mat in the rear of the luggage compartment.

7. Loosen the bolts and remove the seat belt bracket.

8. Loosen the bolts securing the backrest to the middle bracket and remove the backrest by pushing it upwards and pressing the lock.
