Vacuum hose and brake booster valve (Opel Omega B)

Replacement

1. Loosen the hose connection nut on the intake manifold.

2. Remove the connecting elbow from the vacuum booster.

3. Remove the hose from the mountings.

4. Cut the hose from the valve, elbow and intake manifold connection.

5. Cut a new hose to the required length and connect it to the valve, elbow and intake manifold joint using clamps.

6. Insert the connecting elbow into the rubber bushing on the vacuum booster and tighten the union nut on the intake manifold. Install new hose fasteners.
