Removing
1. Drain engine oil.
2. Remove the engine front cover.
3. Remove the oil filter adapter.
4. To turn away bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner and to take away it aside.
5. To turn away four bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to a transmission.
6. Turn away 11 bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to the block of cylinders.
7. To turn away two bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to the case of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft.
8. Pry off the edges of the oil pan at the points shown in the illustration to release the sealant.
9. Remove the oil pan from the cylinder block.
10. Clean the contact surfaces of the cylinder block and oil pan.
Installation
1. Install the 8mm rails from the EN 46109 kit into the center oil pan bolt holes on each side of the cylinder block.
2. Apply a bead of sealant (1) with a diameter of 3 mm on the cylinder block flange and the crankshaft rear oil seal housing.
3. Place the pallet on the cylinder block.
4. Unscrew the guide pins EN 46109 from the cylinder block.
5. Install 11 bolts securing the oil pan to the cylinder block.
6. Install two bolts securing the oil pan to the crankshaft rear oil seal housing.
7. Tighten the oil pan bolts in the sequence shown:
- Tighten M8 bolts (1-11) in the first pass with a torque of 23 Nm.
- Tighten M8 bolts (1-11) in the second pass with a torque of 23 Nm.
- Tighten M6 bolts (12, 13) torque 10 Nm.
8. Install 4 bolts securing the oil pan to the gearbox and tighten to 60 Nm.
9. Install the air conditioning compressor.
10. Install the oil filter adapter.
11. Install the engine front cover.
12. Fill engine oil into the engine.
