The car is equipped with anti-lock braking system as standard. Depending on the engine model, this may be either only anti-lock braking system or anti-lock braking system with ESP.

The Opel Corsa is equipped with a single-diaphragm brake booster with a diameter of 255 mm and an integrated emergency brake booster.

The 23.81mm diameter master cylinder has a compact design with two central valves. The master cylinder is not repairable.
