2. Remove the lower trim in the driver's footwell by unscrewing the screws and removing the clips. Remove the heater duct.
3. Mark the relative position of the cardan joints in relation to the steering column and the steering gear shaft, unscrew the clamp bolts (see photo).


4. Compress the shaft and remove the universal joints from the steering column and steering gear shafts (see photo).

5. The shaft cannot be disassembled and if wear or bending of the joints is detected, it is replaced entirely.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Align the marks made during disassembly (if the hinge is installed on the splines incorrectly, the clamp bolt will not fit into the hole).
