Execution sequence
1. We prepare the car for work (see «Preparing the car for maintenance and repair»).
2. Disconnect the wiring harness block from the ABS unit (see «Vacuum brake booster - replacement»).
3. Pulling towards you, disconnect the brake fluid supply pipe to the clutch master cylinder.
Warning! The connection between the tube and the cylinder is sealed with a rubber bushing, do not lose it. After disconnecting the hose, it must be lifted up and the hole plugged in any way possible.
4. With the help of a thin and hard wire, we remove the latch...
...and disconnect the tube from the hydraulic clutch.
Comment. The connection between the tube and the cylinder is sealed with a rubber ring. Before assembly, check the condition of this ring and replace it if damaged.
5. Remove the stem axis lock.
6. We remove the axis of the rod of the master cylinder for disengaging the clutch.
7. Using a 13 mm socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the two nuts securing the clutch master cylinder.
8. Remove the clutch master cylinder, carefully removing it from the engine compartment.
9. Install the parts in reverse order. When installing the clutch master cylinder, make sure that the clutch pedal lever enters the fork of the clutch master cylinder rod.
10. After assembly, we pump the hydraulic clutch release (see «Clutch Release Hydraulic - Bleeding»).
