Lower control arm of the front suspension (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Remove the corresponding front wheel.

2. Loosen the tie bolt and lower the suspension arm down, disconnecting the ball joint from the steering knuckle.

3. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the suspension arm from the vehicle.

4. Check the condition of the mounting bushings and replace them if necessary.

Installation

1. Install the suspension arm into place and tighten the mounting bolts.

2. Position the lever horizontally and tighten the mounting nuts and bolts to the required tightening torque.

3. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
