2. Check if there is fuel in the tank.
3. Remove the generator cover.
4. Turn off the ignition - the fuel supply through the cut-off valve will be interrupted.
5. Loosen the bolt at the top of the fuel filter about 1 turn with a screwdriver (see illustration).
6. Slowly and smoothly press the hand pump button on the fuel filter until fuel comes out of the bolt locations. Then tighten the bolt (see illustration).
7. Loosen the bleed screw on the injection pump with a 12 mm wrench per 1 turn (see illustration).
8. Push the hand pump again until fuel comes out from under the bolts. Then tighten the screws.
Note: When doing this, make sure that diesel fuel does not get on the coolant hoses. If necessary, immediately clean the hoses. Damaged hoses must be replaced.
9. Start the engine. If the engine does not start, because an air lock has formed in the injection channels, loosen the union nuts of the injector 1 or 4 (see illustration) and turn on the starter until fuel comes out. After that, tighten the nuts again and start the engine. If necessary, pump again with a hand pump.
