Cylinder Block Cleaning Procedure (Opel Insignia A)

1. Remove any remaining sealant, gasket or gaskets.

2. Clean the following areas with solvent:

• Sealing surfaces.
• Cooling system channels.
• Lubrication system channels.

3. Clean all threaded parts and through holes with solvent.

4. Dry the cylinder block with compressed air.

Caution: When using compressed air, wear safety glasses to prevent foreign particles from entering your eyes.
