1. Inspection, installation and repair work must only be carried out by trained personnel.
2. The pyrotechnic charge has an unlimited shelf life and does not require maintenance.
3. Do not open or repair parts of the belt tensioner; always use only new parts.
4. Do not fit seat belt pretensioners that have been dropped.
5. Seat belt tensioners with mechanical damage (chips, cracks) must be replaced.
6. Storage and transportation should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for handling explosive materials.
7. The seat belt tensioner must be installed immediately after being removed from the container.
8. When you stop working, put the seat belt tensioner back into the container.
9. It is not allowed to leave seat belt tensioners in places where they can be accessed by third parties.
10. Do not use lubricants, cleaners or similar agents when working with seat belt tensioners, and do not allow the seat belt tensioners to heat up, even briefly, to temperatures above 100°C.
11. Do not use impact screwdrivers to remove the seat belt tensioner.
12. When the seat belt pretensioner/airbag system is deployed, the seat belt pretensioners must be replaced.
