Perform the following "manual" check procedure to ensure that the air conditioning system is properly charged with refrigerant. The air temperature should be above 21°C.
1. Warm up the engine and let it idle.
2. Open the hood and all doors.
3. Turn on the air conditioner.
4. Set the temperature controller to maximum cooling mode.
5. Set the Air Flow Speed Controller to maximum speed.
6. Place your hand near the evaporator outlet nozzle. The nozzle should be cold.
7. Check the system for leaks. If leaks are found, discharge the system and repair the fault. After repairs are complete, evacuate the system and charge it with refrigerant.
