Examination
1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle.
2. Inspect the rubber shock absorbers of the supports for wear and damage; replace them if necessary.
3. Check that the support bolts are tightly tightened.
4. Check that the bearings themselves are not worn out.
Replacement
Left and right engine mounts
1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle.
2. Place a jack under the engine and gearbox or secure the engine to a lift.
3. Unscrew the nuts securing the supports to the cylinder block bracket and the body. Remove the supports. If necessary, remove the bracket.
4. Inspect the bearings for wear or damage and replace them if necessary.
5. Install the supports in reverse order.
Rear gearbox mount
1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle.
2. Place a jack under the gearbox.
3. Unscrew the bolts securing the crossmember of the rear support of the gearbox to the body. Unscrew the nuts securing the support to the crossmember and remove the crossmember.
4. Unscrew the bolts and remove the support.
5. Inspect the support for wear or damage and replace it if necessary.
6. Install the support in reverse order.
